Subject: Generative AI is reshaping how brands create, communicate, and connect - but it also raises new challenges around trust, compliance, and brand integrity. In this talk, Sven Spöde, Specialist GenAI for Marketing & Communications at ZEISS, shares how global companies can responsibly integrate AI into their marketing workflows. Drawing on practical enablement projects and insights from both European and Chinese regulatory frameworks, he outlines how to balance innovation with governance - from brand-safe content generation to data privacy and transparency requirements. The session moves beyond hype to highlight what "responsible AI" really means in daily marketing practice - and how organizations can stay compliant, creative, and credible in an increasingly regulated AI-world.
