Am 30. September 2025 hatte der Staatsrat die finale Fassung der Bekanntmachung Nr. 34 [2025] über die Umsetzung von Standards für einheimische Produkte und damit verbundener Regelungen in der öffentlichen Beschaffung erlassen - die ist nun am 1. 1.1.2026 in Kraft getreten. Die Bekanntmachung ist ein weiterer Schritt Chinas zur Unabhängigkeit durch Lokalisierung von Wertschöpfungsketten, Beherrschung der wichtigsten Technologien und Absicherung gegen externe (geopolitische) Schocks, meint Ondrej Zapletal vom CNBW-Mitglied Burkardt & Partner Rechtsanwälte.
