Taiwan: CO2-Abgabe kommt 2026
(2.12.2024) Ab Anfang 2025 sollen in Taiwan die Unternehmen ihren CO2-Ausstoß erfassen und melden. Ab 2026 werden Gebühren erhoben. Preis pro Tonne Ausstoß: 300 New Taiwan Dollar (ca. 9,35 US-Dollar). Erreichen die Unternehmen ihre selbst gesteckten und zertifizierten Emissionsziele, mindert das ihre Abgaben. China's provisional measures on EU brandy not in line with WTO rules?
(29.11.2024) The European Commission has formally requested consultations at the World Trade Organization (WTO) over the provisional anti-dumping measures imposed by China on imports of EU brandy. Opinion: "China has not proven that there is any threat of injury to its brandy industry, nor that there is a causal link between the alleged threat of injury and imports of brandy from the EU."
