Knapp 6.000 Studierende aus China an Baden-Württembergs Hochschulen

Im Wintersemester 2020/21 wurden 15.919 Studienanfänger aus Asien an baden-württembergischen Hochschulen registriert. Aus China kommen 5.760, darunter sind 2.920 weiblich. Zweitgrößte Gruppe: Indien (2861; darunter 938 weiblich). Insgesamt waren zum Semesterstart 358.654 Studierende eingeschrieben, darunter 313 833 aus Deutschland. das meldet das Statistische Landesamt.

German pavilion at China International Hardware Show

China International Hardware Show (CIHS) - the leading hardware sourcing fair in Asia - will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year (8-10 Oct.). More quality buyers, rich and diverse accompanying events, and more interactive communication through online and offline platforms are expected to enrich the fair. AHK Greater China with CIHS will build the new German pavilion together and provide the one-stop service to German companies.

Das sind Chinas Selfmade-Milliardärinnen

Laut Hurun Research Institute, das vergangenes Jahr 100 Selfmade-Milliardärinnen aus 16 Ländern aufgelistet hat, kommen 61% der Unternehmerinnen mit einem Vermögen von mehr als einer Milliarde US-Dollar aus China. Das ist ein Anstieg von 4% im Vergleich zum Vorjahr. China hat so seine Verfolger weit hinter sich gelassen - die USA und das Vereinigte Königreich mit 19 bzw. sechs Selfmade-Milliardärinnen. First direct train from China arrives at JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven

Wilhelmshaven: On 13 July, the first direct train from the Chinese city of Hefei in Anhui province reached the JadeWeserPort Wilhelmshaven freight village. The train departed Hefei on 25 June with a volume of around 100 TEU, mainly household appliances as well as textiles and electrical goods, which will be distributed from Wilhelmshaven to the hinterland. The operator of this new train connection is the state-owned port operating company Hefei International Land Port (HILP), which now also connects Germany’s only deep-water container port with Hefei as part of the “One Belt One Road” initiative.
